We Surrounded Them All Over The Country!

Today was a nationally designated MoveOn.org aka ACORN’s day to lobby for socialized health care at Congress’s state offices. With the morning weather rainy and overcast, I knew it wasn’t going to be a big jubilee at Senator Bill Nelson’s and Senator Mel Martinez’s office. At 1pm, I found a parking spot close by and took my sign to the Sen. Nelson’s office complex. Fairtax.Org was represented as well as Smart Girl Politics, but no ACORN.
In total, despite the weather, there were sixteen Tea Party persons with great signs to rally passing cars. Four MoveOn white, middle-aged and elderly ladies dressed in blue teeshirts – looking like they were reliving the 60’s – were up in Nelson’s office meeting with Celeste Brown, Nelson’s Regional Director. When they came down, the Tea Party group took turns going up in smaller groups to sit with Brown and discuss our issues with the Obama’s health care agenda, leaving the rest to protest Obama’s socialist tactics. Brown, listened politely, asked clarification questions, but took no notes, inferred that despite the thousands of calls, emails, and visits protesting the Public Health Care bill, and only 13 calls for the bill, Nelson was going to do what he believed what was best. Vote for the bill. So Melanie of FairTax.org gave Celeste a “Pink Slip” for Sen. Nelson.
In Martinez’s offices, John Newstreet, Central Florida Regional Director, took the brunt of the heat from upset conservatives who were protesting RINO activity in the halls of Congress, compromising too much with Democrats. Newstreet acknowledged that he worked well with Nelson’s staff and that they were good people. Neither Nelson’s or Martinez’s office gets how upset voters are with their actions in Congress. They will in 2010.
There was no huge turnout of ACORN. Despite ACORN’s use of bullhorn, standing on a small dais, posters telling people to honk with support, and a total of twelve with one or two leaving when they saw how many Tea Party members came out, ACORN didn’t get much response from passing cars. They weren’t effective, they don’t have support from voters. We Surrounded Them!
The caps represent people against Obama’s health care plan that could not attend because they were working!
Last photograph is of ACORN dressed in blue. Even though it was supposed to be their day, ACORN’s piddly turn out FAILED!
Revolutionaries Invade Orlando City Hall Steps
UPDATE: Why isn’t the Orlando Tea Party the lead story on television FOX News 35? There were tea parties all over Central Florida, with thousands of citizens, including viewers in Eustis, the Villages, Celebration, Winter Springs, Indian River, Melbourne, and in neighborhoods all over Orlando. There was no lead story, no coverage this morning between 7:45 and 8:30am. Not one peep. It isn’t my FOX Orlando any more.
Over three thousand American citizens down to the Orlando City Hall steps with picket signs, posters, and pitch-forked stuck pigs. There were American Revolutionary dressed patriots
, citizens dressed like Death, and American Indians. There were conservative speakers on the Fair Tax, against the stimulus, and the anti-America hate speech that Øbama insists on spreading about in his oversea campaign tours. Constitutional rights were on the forefront of everyone’s thoughts.
Take at look at one of the 2,000 + Tea Parties going on today in the country. President Øbama are you listening? Congress, are you listening? 2010 is going to be a revolution in the voting booth. Liberals, Socialist Congress, and RINO’s, unemployment is in your future.
In attendance was Lisa Fereoli, organizer of the first Orlando Tea Party, RESISTnet, a national conservative grassroots organization, Fair Tax representatives, and the usual 911 conspiracy whackos along with liberal loonies.
Over hundred thousand American voters came out today to speak out. We’ve had enough!
Washington, D.C. here we come! July 4th everyone! Wait till you see the fireworks!

Tea Party Sets up Shop in Lake Eola

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) – A huge crowd showed up at Orlando’s Lake Eola Saturday afternoon, to take part in a national movement called the “Tea Party.” It’s a throw back to the Boston Tea party, but this time, tea isn’t being dumped into the sea.Cities nationwide have been holding the so-called “Tea Parties” as peaceful protests driven by conservatives who say they want less government, less wasteful spending, fewer bailouts, and no socialism. The “Tea Parties” are filled with people ranging from young and old, to current voters and future voters.
Now, that may be where they differ, but during these protest, they all have one thing in common; they’re all apparently worried about getting their piece of the pie. These “tea parties” are a national movement that has finally made its way to orlando’s lake eola.
Organizers plan to take a signed petition of sorts to washington d.C., demanding more accountability and, what they consider better leadership by President Obama’s administration.
Every conservative needs to rise up and contact these MSM’s and tell them to “Stop with the condescension. Just report the news. Don’t put your spin on it!”
It’s going to be up to us to save the US.

Hidden Mickeys Are Everywhere
UPDATE: Thanks to all the readers who thought it could be Minnie Mouse’s ears. But if you know Minnie at all, you know she never goes anywhere without her beautiful bows.
UPDATE: Yayyyy, Steve Barrett, author of the Hidden Mickeys books, the Hassle-Free WDW Vacation book, and the Hidden Mickeys Guide website added my Hidden Mickey to his collection!
It’s not the Virgin Mary on toast that I can sell on E-bay for $28,000 but the Disney Magic is so prevalent in the Orlando area that “Hidden Mickeys” appear everywhere! Even in splats from an individual creamer for a cup of tea. This happened while I was fixing my cup of tea right before a workshop and I was so tickled at seeing the good omen of Mickey Mouse ears that I had to run out to the car to get my camera.
I wonder if I can submit this to Steve Barrett’s “Hidden Mickey’s: A Field Guide to Walt Disney World’s Best-Kept Secrets ?
I guess living 15 minutes from Disney World is magical.
Realizing Your Daughter Is A Murderer
Known for his angry outbursts against protesters and stressed pleas for privacy, George Anthony, grandfather of murdered Caylee Anthony and retired police officer went missing yesterday. He left his home at 8am and did not return in time for an afternoon appointment with Cindy, his wife and his attorney. Text messages from Mr. Anthony received in the afternoon by his wife stated that Anthony was depressed. Cindy Anthony reported her husband missing at 11pm last night. Using his cell phone pings, the Sheriffs department located George Anthony in a Daytona Beach hotel room. Anthony was taken to the hospital where he is undergoing tests.
The recently released pages of evidence indicates that his daughter really did commit this heinous crime. Evidence shows that a heart shaped sticker was placed on the duct tape that was wrapped around Caylee’s mouth. It may also reveal that the body of Caylee was moved after the Anthonys found the car. 
Or does the suicide attempt indicate that Mr. Anthony, a former homicide detective may be involved in the crime?
In his situation, realizing that my daughter murdered my beautiful grandchild, I would probably do the same thing.

UPDATE: 3:15pm Orange County Sheriffs are reporting that the bag doesn’t have any significance to the disappearance of three year old Caylee Anthony. They have bounty hunter Leonard Padilla agreeing to take a lie detector test. There’s more to come on this case.
Leonard Padilla did it? The world famous bounty hunter was outraged that he was lied to by the imprisoned mother and alleged murderer, Casey Anthony. Padilla vowed to find little Caylee Anthony’s body. Today, one day after Padilla held a memorial service for Caylee Anthony, a plastic bag containing toys, small bones, and a shamrock, weighed down with bricks was found by divers in the Little Econ River in Lake Blanchard Park. Casey Anthony has a shamrock tattoo and a necklace that she wore frequently was a green shamrock.
Caylee Anthony Is Dead
On Friday forensic DNA tests released indicate that Caylee Anthony is dead. God rest that poor wee baby’s soul.
“The hair found in the trunk establishes that Caylee’s dead and that her dead body was in the trunk of the car. Even if they don’t find the body, it’s enough evidence, scientific evidence, to establish that she’s dead,” said Dr. Michael Baden, nationally-renowned forensic pathologist.
DNA testing done on that piece of hair and compared with a sample provided by Casey confirmed that neither Casey nor Caylee can be “excluded as the source of the hair,” because the “mtDNA sequences … are the same.”
Tests also confirmed “residues of chloroform” within a spare tire cover found inside the trunk of Casey’s car. “Residues consistent with chloroform” were also found within the left and right side trunk liner. The report says no other chemicals were detected within those items. Coupled with evidence that someone on Casey’s computer was researching how to make chloroform, it could explain how Caylee was murdered.
“That would indicate that chloroform has to be considered as a cause of the baby’s death,” Dr. Baden said.
