Coca-Cola The Real World

with one comment

Who doesn’t love Coca-cola? I love the taste. I love the little 100-calorie cans that help me keep my weight under control. It’s my favorite soft drink but the Coca-cola corporation is not starting the new year on my good list. Why? Because Obamanomics has hit the middle class again in the pocketbook.

Coca-cola has repackaged the 100-calorie cans again to make them taller but there’s a catch. Two weeks ago the cans were 8 ounces. The new skinnier cans are the same price: 3 – 8 packs for $10.00 at Publix but unless you’re real sharp or a penny-pincher, you don’t notice that the cans are now only 7.5 ounces.

Coca-Cola knows they in the next few years, the company is going to have to pay more for ingredients, packaging, employees, insurance. They need to cut their expenses and charge more for less because they have to pay more. It’s called Obamanomics.

Coca-Cola, how do you feel about supporting Obama now and promoting more taxes on the world with your Hopenhagen cap and tax? Is it because you’re going to take those taxes right out of the mouths of Americans?

Take a good look at your food costs over the next year. The price is going to skyrocket. That’s middle class taxes, alright. If I could teach the world something, it would be about how Coca-Cola is not the real thing.

  1. I am amazed each time I go to the check out at Kroger’s my closest grocery! It is just me and the dogs and I can hardly fathom how a family of 4 or more are able to put food on the table. I would like to teach the world do more than sing also, it would be to wake up and see the Obamanation for what he truly is, a liar, tyrant, socialist pig!
