Obama’s Meet The Whine Press

with 2 comments

Liberals and Democrats are squeezing grapes and having conniption fits over Obama’s “we are the world” appearance at the Saddleback Civil Forum last night.

Andrea Mitchell, liberal mouthpiece, professing sour grapes on Meet The Press, this morning, offered this explanation as to why Senator McCain did so well on his deliberate, concise answers while Obama had trouble getting to his point on each question.

“There was a crisp, immediate forceful response by John McCain, clearly in a comfort zone, because he was with his base. And Barack Obama taking a risk in going there, but seeing an opportunity, and a much more nuanced approach. The Obama people must feel that he did not do quite as well as they might have wanted him to in that context. What they are putting out privately is that McCain may not have been in the “cone of silence” and may have had some ability to overhear what the questions were to Obama. He [John McCain] seemed so well prepared.

Andrea Mitchell is accusing Rick Warren, pastor of Saddleback Church, and host of the Saddleback Civil Forum of cheating?

John McCain is well prepared to be president, Andrea.

Barack Obama is not.

  2. When Obama stutters and stammers he is treated as being deep thinking and contemplative, When George Bush trips over a word or two, he is considered to be a inept boob.Such a double standard.
